Some background about my training

Hey Guys, intro posted so lets get started…

Today I’m going to talk about how to gain muscle fast, or rather the way I did it in a few short months, the easy and simple way.

Let me recap why I decided to create this site. It was by no means easy to build muscle, in fact even just a few months ago I was fairly new to it , but I was lucky and found the real ’secret’ to build massive gains.

I was never a popular person at school because I was the ’skinny’ kid. This followed me into my first job, I tried really hard to fit in, I was never able to. I was always getting picked on, and I suffered at the hands of bullies, at school and work, for a number of years.

Thats when I began to search for a way to not just make myself stronger, but to also make myself more appealing to the girls, because after all if you have big muscles and six pack abs, your definitely going to be noticed for the right reasons, so I decided to learn more about diet and traininf, I had waited long enough.

If your like me then you’ll no doubt have tried 1 or 2 (or 20+) products already, I guess we all start out here. Creatine loaded shakes, electric pads that you put on your abs and arms, 6 second abs, 6 minute workouts on DVD, they all promise information how to get big muscles fast but sadly none deliver on them. Well with excemption Kyle Leon's somanabolic muscle maximizer is pretty damn good as far as muscle building programs go, and I could go on but it’s embarrassing to know I went through all of this when the answer was so simple. The only thing I got from this ‘trial and error’ (mostly error) was the most horrible and uncomfortable feeling known to man, a bank balance which was smaller than me and what is worse no improvement to get huge.

Ab machines, lol, we’ve all been caught by this one I bet, 5 minutes rolling around the floor will give us a body like the guy in the ad, well we all find out that’s not true very quickly. There is a method which I’ll tell you in a minute which gets you five times the results with the same amount of work, killer abs with no machines and no ‘deal with the Devil’, I’ll tell you how to get a quick six pack.

Next I then tried going to the gym, but it was a very bad experience for me. I had no clue what to do regarding exercises, and it seemed that everybody there was an ‘expert’ with their own advice and programme. It wasnt long before I felt I was getting laughed at from the more senior gym members (this may not have been true but I certainly felt as though it was at the time), mainly due to my stupid attempts and exercises that I thought were the right way to gain muscle fast. If only I knew then what I know now, I could have put them all to shame…

Finally, I found the solution I had been so desperately seeking to gain muscle mass not just that but how to build muscle mass fast. I was absolutely gobsmacked at how quickly I was able to build my self up. It wasn’t like anything else I had tried before, it was a little awkward at first as all new things are, I was never a fan of reading, and I would have liked more detailed instruction (I can be a little slow picking new things up), but I have to admit this was the only fault.

The results I got were well beyond my expectations on how to get ripped muscles, and I’ll never forget that first day when I was out with my tight t-shirt on and I got wolf whistled by a group of girls, that feeling takes some beating!! Oh and nobody bullies me anymore, I don’t have trouble getting girls anymore and the best part is I feel great everyday.

Anyway, I’m rambling. You may be feeling as if there’s no hope or solution, but I can assure you there is. If you want to share how I achieved these amazing results in just a few short months then you can find out how to get big muscles fast, or at least the way I did, right here.

My name is George, and thanks for visiting my website or even my blogger page. My main goal for doing this website besides letting others know how to gain muscle fast, is to let you know there is hope if your struggling at the moment. You’ve no doubt been living by the “no pain no gain” metaphor, trust me, i know all about it. The truth is though, that living by that saying will do more damage than good, especially to your wallet.

When I first started off, I had such high expectations of what I wanted to achieve. When you see someone walking down the street or in a nightclub, who is ripped and draws the attention of the girls in the street, you kind of get that push dont you? You desperately want to know how to get ripped muscles.
At first I thought I wouldnt be able to because of my physique at the time. I was really skinny and no matter how much I ate or how much I trained, I could not gain muscle mass. Everyone else around me was able to get huge, and it annoyed me something terrible!!

This is at least how I started out a few years ago. I had no experience of weight lifting or keeping fit at all. I always believed that to get big muscles, you had to spend hours and hours in the gym, and to be honest thats how I started out. I began spending hours and hours every night working at the gym. I’d train different body parts on different days, trying to make sure I was resting my muscles and giving good recovery time, but no matter what I did, i could never get even remotely near the body I dreamed of, and I was too tired to care!
It wasnt until I began searching how to build big muscles, did I finally come across a way to achieve everything I had been working so hard to get. I was surprised to learn that the results I craved were achievable by even a complete newbie like myself and in lightning quick time. Not only that though, but i was shocked to find out that the answers didnt lie in any foul tasting protein drink, or even the state of the art gym equipment advertised on the fitness tv channels.

Once my friends began asking how I was getting these results, I cant begin to tell you what a feeling it was. I felt elated and proud all in one. Here I was, just weeks after starting the journey, being complimented about my body from girls, AND all my friends were now asking me to show them how to get the body of THEIR dreams….

I hope to share this now with you just through my excitement and the satisfaction from knowing you’ll be achieving the exact same results as I did, and you’ll soon realise and discover how to build big muscles and six pack abs just like me.
